Golden sunshine, sweet coffee shops, winter woollens and two outstanding people; this pre-wedding shoot couldn’t have been better.
I am way too excited about Rhian and Pete’s wedding… I think it might have been the line from Rhian “I mean, I think you should come in wellies, I’ll be wearing my Ugg boots in the evening around the campfire”. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Every single detail sounds so relaxed and yet so well thought through to be inclusive and fun. It’s only a couple of months now until their woodland wedding, so stay tuned for inspiration and a whole load of love. We can’t wait!
As we met up and chatted over plans, it became apparent that Pete has a keen eye for a photo. So we got our geek on an chatted about cameras and lenses, then he showed me some of my work that he loves, super surreal but amazing to know that we’re working together. We’ve got our fingers crossed for some sunset photos on the day, and so I think all of us were over the moon when we managed to find some golden rays around Oundle, my favourite Northamptonshire town.
I’ve pushed myself creatively on this one, shooting into the sunlight, Rhian and Pete backlit and in soft focus, as well as a slightly more stylised edit, because it’s a pre-wedding shoot, so why not. Enjoy!
